All of our Fitness Advisors have many years of experience in psychical exercise, they are dedicated to providing you with the best exercise experience possible. We create a light-hearted fun session, the weekly routines are finely tuned to suit a cardio based full body workout. The trainers continually develop the fitness programmers so as you improve the programs evolve.
Steve Fernandez
Steve is an advanced circuit and HIIT trainer, providing the group with an extreme body workout. He draws his experience from various forms of training (strength, HIIT, circuits, CrossFit, Pump etc.), years of practice in martial arts including traditional forms karate, muay thai, kick boxing, taekwondo and kung fu and now runs a karate club.

Jat Soand
Jat is an advanced circuit and HIIT trainer and provides a circuit/combination based training approach.
He draws experience from many years of training with martial arts, kick boxing, combination training and Yoga.
Amit Mistry
Circuits and HIIT trainer. Amit draws his experience from CrossFit, cardio and strength training.

Sima Nagar
Sima is a HIIT trainer and runs the warm-up and warm-down blocks of the training sessions to ensure that everyone is ready!
She draws on her experience many years of HIIT training and other activities such as hiking, and she loves spending time outdoors!
