Classes

We run a combination of cardio, HIIT, kettlebell and stretching sessions which are very popular and much more than just an exercise class. They are a social and fitness experience. The sessions combine high intensity toning and cardiovascular exercise to provide a complete full body workout. Although challenging, they are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, and you will not only enjoy being part of, but you will also see great results. Have fun whilst burning fat and up to 800 calories!

Our trainers have a wealth of experience in fitness, exercise and nutrition they work tirelessly behind the scenes to develop exciting exercise programs which are fun interactive and suitable for all ages.

Monday Training

We train every Monday evening at the Ramgharia Hall at 6:45pm. The hall has a wooden sprung sports floors and there is a variety of equipment for use including steppers, mats, dumbbells, kettlebells and skipping ropes.

We request you arrive wearing appropriate gym clothing and trainers and after a quick health survey you’re ready to train.
